This bimonthly review summarises the main developments in Belarus from February to March 2025. It was an intensive period, with diverse developments related to Lukashenka’s regime and his government. The review provides an analysis of the situation with human rights and political prisoners in Belarus, followed by a brief description of events related to the Belarusian democratic forces and diaspora, presenting reflections on Russia-Belarus relations and analysis of security threats and the situation with energy security.
